FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We’re here to help
We are available for any questions. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, contact us.
How long does it take to apply?
The application itself should take you about 10 minutes to complete. Once the application is complete, we will send you an email to schedule a Zoom interview if we love what we see!
Why do you pay so much?
Because we expect a lot! We promise to deliver our customers the best maid service in Denver. In order to provide the best service, we have to pay a lot and ask a lot. If you are willing to work incredibly hard (like gym workout hard), and enjoy an unpredictable day, then we want you on our team!
Do I have to drive my own car?
Yes you do, but you will be reimbursed at 35 cents per mile! Other services may try to pay you less, but we know that your car takes a beating when you drive. Plus we optimize routes to make sure that you drive as little as possible. Here is our SERVICE AREA.
Do I need experience?
NO! While experience definitely helps, it is sometimes better that you have never professionally cleaned before. Experience can get in the way of building good habits. About half of our staff came from another service, and the other half never professionally cleaned before.
Will I be an employee or subcontractor?
You are going to be a full W-2 employee all the way! Other companies may try to skimp by making you a 1099 contractor. When you work at Alpine Maids, we make sure that you only have to focus on your job and not your taxes.
Do you provide full time work?
Yes! you will be working 32-40 hours every single week. Cleaning is hard, and most of our staff prefers to work 32-36 hours per week. We do have some people that work a full 40+ hours each week, but it is rare. You are considered a full-time employee, and you will be eligible for ALL of our company benefits.
Will I have fun?
YES! At the end of a day a job is still a job, and there will be a lot of hard work to do. However, we only hire candidates that want to make work fun! We have friendly competitions and family outings from potlucks to mountain adventures.
